LED Projector Mod

I bought a Polaroid Polaview 350i off of eBay. It seems to work fine, but is missing a bulb. Unfortunately, projector bulbs cost around $200-$300 a piece, so I decided to try something a little different. Using some CREE XP-G LEDs, I should be able to replace the original HID lamp with an LED assembly of similar light output.
Planned Parts
- CREE XP-G LED in Cutter-XPG407S (7-up) package
- Optics to smooth out the light output
- Driver (will need more electronics to work with the 50V bulb supply)
